Hold a writing retreat for your team
Customized writing workshops for teams
Team building through writing
“No person is an island” to paraphrase John Donne for our gender-conscious times. But it can seem that way, especially when working in a newly configured or re-shuffled team, combined with WFH or hybrid working. Or even for a team back at the office, not having seen their colleagues face to face for two years. Undoubtedly there’ll be new faces too.
“Only connect,” wrote E.M. Forster. Without connection – meaningful connection – human beings suffer. We all know that. Getting together as a team and being guided through a series of solo, paired and group writing exercises, and sharing the outcomes can have a profoundly bonding effect.
UP offers the opportunity to schedule a team-building workshop for your group with an experienced writing facilitator.
