About the Internship

Every year, we welcome a handful of passionate interns to join us for 3 months or up to a full year. This isn’t about fetching coffee or filing papers — it’s about diving into real projects and seeing your ideas come to life.

So, who are we? 

We’re not just an agency; we’re a global community of creatives, strategists, and dreamers redefining what marketing and branding can be. Wherever you are, we’re here to make an impact together.

What can you expect?

Our preferred location

While our team is global, we believe interns learn the most when they’re nearby. Stockholm is our central internship hub, offering incredible opportunities for in-person growth, collaboration, and connection, but we’re flexible where it matters - because Wi-Fi is everywhere.

We have a vibrant and active community in UP Sweden with our HQ Creative Space located in the heart of Stockholm. 

The mix of people in UP Sweden is truly international and we are easily Sweden’s most international agency with Americans, British, Finns, Bulgarians, French, Chinese and even Swedes working with us.

Intern Diaries

Yes, depending on the role and location - but definitely enough to fuel your caffeine habit.

 

"Do I need to relocate?"

We love In-person learning, but we’re flexible. Wherever you are, just make sure your Wi-Fi can keep up (we’ve all been there).
